Q. Can I get any picture painted on a shoe?

A. Yes, most pictures are transferable.

 

Q. Are your shoes airbrushed?

A. No, all of our shoes are 100% painted.

 

Q. How do I clean the shoes?

A. Soap and water are best. No chemicals are recommended.

 

Q. What type of shoe can be painted?

A. Any letter shoe can be painted. Limited designs can be on suede and canvas.

 

Q. How long does the paint last?

A. under normal conditions, the paint will last for the life time of the shoe (the usual wear and tear of any normal shoe.)

 

Q. Can I create my own design?

A. Yes, we actually encourage you to create your own

Concept. Every shoe on this website is someone’s design. If you want a truly customized shoe you should come up with your own concept (refer to the Price Chart section when creating).

 

Q. How long does it take to receive a shoe a shoe?

A. Usually 1 to 2 weeks after a confirmed payment is received.

 

Q. Do you give refunds or exchanges?

A. No, all sales are final.

Q. Do you have a paper catalogue?

A. Yes, become a member to receive our recent catalogue automatically, or contact us to get one mailed.

Since our products are individually customized, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges of any kind.

 

Please make sure that you give the correct catalogue number and size when placing all orders. Contact Break Your Neck if you need any assistance with placing your order.

 

PRICES INCLUDE ARTWORK ONLY: All prices are for the artwork only and do not include the cost of the shoes. Please call us if you want to give us shoes to be painted. You can also purchase shoes from us (NOTE: We usually offer all -white Air Force 1’s). If you want to purchase any other type of shoe from us, please call us.

 

Shipping and Fees: All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of accepted payment. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (we will provide tracking numbers if requested). Approximately $10- $20 will be charged for shipping and handling per pair on each order.
